Best Menstrual's Relief Hacks

Menstrual Pain, A uninvited guest of every month for every girl. Some of us experience horrible pain while some others are lucky one. But Hey there are some hacks by which we can get some relief from this evil pain. Lets see them -

1) Invest in Hot Bottle I recently bought one and wondered how I lived without it for the last 15 years. Applying heat to your abdomen will get the blood flowing and relieve cramps; scientists even say that it has the same effect as painkillers for up to an hour. This is the probably the most deployed trick to find relief from menstrual cramps. The pain originates from the contraction of uterine muscles.

2) YogaThere's no doubt that exercise helps with premenstrual symptoms like cramping and a lack of energy. But I specifically prescribe vinyasa flow for my yogis who are approaching their period. This particular practice allows you to move the body gently and fluidly, without very little to no impact. There are lots of modifications you can make if anything happens to be too straining on the lower abdominal area.

3) Staying Hydrated - Drink water as much as you can. During release of so much of fluid from body, girls often feel dehydrated that time and this will lead to many problems such as fatigue, bloating etc. Avoid sugary energy drinks of vending machines as they will only make you feel worse.

4) Cinnamon Tea - Cinnamon, or Dal chini as we call it, is identified in Ayurveda as an antispasmodic spice. Boil it in the water and have it with honey as a cinnamon tea. Not only it will ease the pain, it warms up the body from calming nerves.

5) Hot Bath - Lying down in hot bath tub with aroma oils definitely give you a relax time during menstrual cycle. with all the bleeding and mess, its one of the best cure of menstrual pain. For the time you are in tub, You won't bleed and the warmth of water will relax your muscles, while aroma oil will soothe your sense.

6) Eat dark chocolatesYou're losing heaps of magnesium on your period, but a 70 percent cacao treat can help you regain that nutrient as it slips out of the body. Steer clear of the candy bars that are at the checkout counter, though, as they're packed with caffeine and unnecessary sugar. Instead, reach for a bar that is made from natural ingredients, or bake something yummy at home using cacao.

7) Avoid Caffeine - we know, what you may be thinking, but reaching frantically for the coffee isn't going to help you out in the long run. Caffeine is responsible for making your PMS more worse and elevating the levels pf estrogen in the body. i know as a coffee addict like me, you get a splitting headache if you completely skip out on that magical morning brew, have a lit bit then may be half a cup and then switch to Tea for the rest of the day.

Instead of this, use lavender around your house such as lavender scented candle or incense. its a relaxing smell that will help you forget about the discomfort .Sleep more will help you to get some relief. No need to bow down to the suffering and feel miserable. Periods are as natural a process as breathing,  and hence, should not be allowed to take over our life's happiness.
